Part of lathe and plaster ceiling collapsed due to age, needs to be patched in Linn

Job description:Area is no bigger than 3m x 3m (actual collapse is around 2m x 1.5m, but wider area may be loose). Ceiling is covered in woodchip paper which will need to be removed and then whole ceiling skimmed to cover patch. Customer will do final paint finish. Cornice and Ceiling rose seem to be secure and stable but may need to be pinned/glued.
