Kitchen, plaster/skim some areas in Maryhill Kelvin

Job description:Internal work Kitchen 297cm x 540 cm Modern style house New kitchen being fitted Friday 23rd Feb, alterations already made to room. (was unaware workmen had not arranged a plasterer) Repairs required: Most urgent to repair is to damage made by radiator relocation. Holes for new pipes need filled. Area may need skimmed 140 x 240 cm. Radiator due to be fitted Monday 26th. A doorway has been removed. By Friday 23rd it will be boarded up, this will need plastering on one side (hall). (not so urgent). (approx 240 x 95 cxm) A larder has been removed leaving 2 (approx 3-4 inch) strips, floor to ceiling, needing repaired in walls. Tiles and cupboards will cover this mostly so joiner will probably fill this but ther is also damage to an area of ceiling (approx 90 x 90 cm). Need advice whether entire ceiling needs skimmed. Small partition wall removed. Small area of ceiling damages, approx 10 x 90cm. 4 inch gap in wall, floor to ceiling, like with larder. Could you quote for cornicing/coving too? In this room would 17 or 18 metres be correct? (540 + 540 + 297 + 297). This could be done later, not so urgent as radiator wall repair. Thanks!
