Job description:Substantial ammounts of the 17 square metre roughcasting is loose and cracked.
The roughcast is on the upper part of the wall, which has two windows and peaked roof.
Below and on the right hand side of the roughcast,
I have a flat roof porch, with soft sealed waterproof skin, which would need protecting.
