Plaster skim to two ceilings in tenement in Southside Central

Job description:Bay window lounge requires ceiling skimmed - we are removing the existing lath & plaster, sheeting the area with gyproc, leaving original cornice and ceiling rose intact - area would be ready to plaster but may require taping between s/e boards. Dimensions 5.5 m x 4m inc bay window. Hall ceiling also requires skim over light artex. Dimensions 4m x 2.5 m High ceilings, but we have scaffolding tower on the job.
