Job description:Smooth render risers of 5 step double stair + stairway foundation facing wall. Old render partially removed already. Area to be smooth rendered excluding stair risers approx 50 sq ft. Replace 6 of 2x2 coloured slabs on landing at top of double stairs and also on each stair (2 x half 2x2 coloured slabs per stair) Also replace 8 coloured 2 x 2 slabs on a slabbed area at the bottom of one of the stairs No ladders required
