Job description:replace plywood facing on toilet exterior wall which has rotted at bottom and re-render it. The wall construction is of a wooden frame with a plywood facing which has a rough small stone render type finish. At the same time I wish to improve the cavity insulation which at present is polystyrene to a better heat efficient insulation. The area is about 4 square meteres
