Garden retaining wall approx 60m sq (blockwork) in Churchdown

Job description:I need a blockwork wall, of 2m high and approx 30m in length (tapering slightly at both ends) rendered. Also the interior part of the wall from ground level to underside of copings (approx 1-2' max). I would like to use a coloured (specialist) render which doesn't require painting. Unless the renderer is a very small person no scaffolding will be required and the exterior (larger)surface is easily accessible. It is a newly constructed block wall with drainage holes, where necessary.
