Repair water damaged plaster & possibly change artex ceiling to smooth finish in Churchdown

Job description:One internal wall has a small area of water damage to the plasterboard from a leak. It is not a big job. I am also considering having the ceiling skimmed (i.e. changed from artex to smooth) but this will depend on price
