Job description:Skim a lounge wall from which wallpaper has been stripped: surface is a patchy mixture of (as far as I can tell) Edwardian plaster, equally old lead-based paint (quite chalky, positive lead test) and unidentified white paint top layer, and a few polyfilla filled cavities (one large). MAIN POINT - the lead paint must not be disturbed by sanding or heatgun during prep. Some have advised prep layer of PVA solution.(We can remove lose dust/flakes just prior to job with a HEPA vacuum brush attachment.)
