Job description:This is a commercial office hallway that needs refurbishing. There is a mish mash of electrics to work around (eg fire points, alarms, electric meter, heaters etc) that are currently on or hidden behind a stud framework whereby chipboard sections have been applied creating an unsightly patch work. There is a reception 'hatch' to work around as well as considering an access solution to the hidden electric meters - this would have to be sort in collaboration with the designer. The area comprises of 2 sections, left wall (9.5 sq m) & right wall (9.5 sq m). The ceiling area is 10.5 sq m.
