Job description:Previously a cloakroom, it's had a toilet and small sink installed, and a wooden floor laid. Just walls and ceiling remain to be fixed. Walls are bare concrete (?) with several holes and need to be fixed so they're smooth and ready to paint. There is also some woodwork along the walls (toilet pipes that have been boxed in) which would also need to be prepared for painting, and the joints between the wood and the walls to be smoothed out. However, some of the woodwork needs to be removable to ensure access to toilet.
