Repairs to Bricks and Pointing on Semi Detached House in Belle Vale

Job description:Pointing to Mortar of exterior brick work, ground floor and first floor levels. Replace or Repair damaged brick(s) in damp course and overall exterior brickwork. Some of the damp course lining is visible in broken mortar. The proprerty is a Semi Detached property (Mucklow Build). Overall most of the mortar is intact and the brickwork is good. We have recently moved into the property and noticed mortar missing and broken bricks, and also have blown plaster in the bathroom, which is on an exterior wall, and are not sure if pointing on the exterior wall may have caused the plaster to blow, so subsequently we will need the bathroom replastering in due course. Tradesperson would need to view the work, to ascertain realistic quotation
