Job description:Replace cracked/bulging water damaged ceiling boards in living room and skim 21' x 12' rectangular room. Replace water damaged ceiling boards in hall and skim 15' x5' - L shaped Skim Artex ceiling on landing 11' x 6' over stairs - U shaped Will require removal of plaster cove and possible fitment of new. Hall and stair sizes are approx as rooms are not square and hall has a 45 degree slope as the ceiling merges up the stairs. I am claiming on insurance for lower floors so may need seperate quotes.
