Job description:1. Part of the artex ceiling (aprox. area 3m x 1.5 m) in the lounge is damaged due to flooding. Needs re-boarding with plaster boards and skimming. 2. In dining area (aprox. 1m x 1.2m ) needs reboarding & skimming (artex).
