Render one 2-storey gable elevation, fairly large, 5 openings in Honley

Job description:Around 40 sq. m of external render. 2-storey so scaffold required. Only catch?.....well it's already been rendered recently, but we are really unsure of the finish that's been achieved, plus the render has cracked around several of the openings. We're looking for HONEST opinions on whether we should hack it off and start again, or whether what's been done is perfectly appropriate and just needs painting.
