Job description:Room 1 - Lounge: 3.5mx6.5m. Ceiling (joint filled new plasterboard), 4 walls (3x old plaster, 1x joint filled new plasterboard) and inside of a full-height, door-width cupboard. 2 window recesses, 1 french door recess, boxed girder section about half length of ceiling on one wall. Room 2 - Hallway: 3.1mx4.5m. Ceiling (old plaster), 4 walls (1x new joint filled plasterboard 3x old plaster), 1xdoor recess and 2 small window recesses. Room 3 - Bathroom: 1.7mx2.1m. Ceiling only, including boxed girder section. Joint filled new plasterboard. Room 4 - Kitchen. Small section under window (1.1mx0.9m) and window recess above. Old plaster all sound with various filled sections due to partition walls removed. Skim only required everywhere above.
