Job description:Looking to get a 3 bed semi detached rendered in black and white using red sand scratch coat and then white sand on top for the black and white pebble dash. All the old render will need to be knocked off but I will be having a scaffold put around the house. I will supply all materials and skips, I just need a price for man hours. Obviously Im looking for a ball park figure and if job awarded then we can discuss and finalize after viewing property or pictures.
