Job description:Quotes for plastering work requested for a private property in Hull. Job details are: Skimming of all walls and ceiling of through-lounge in an end terrace house. Walls and ceiling have been prepared by stripping them back to bare plaster, and so now need to be primed and skimmed, along with the insertion of 8 vertical beads for vertical corner edges. Basic room measurements are: Total room length: 7.2m Room width: 3.5m across, with room narrowing to 2.7m for final 2.1m of the room?s length ? this adds one vertical corner edge. Room height: 2.55m Additional features of room: 1) Chimney wall of length 1.58m along centre of one long wall, emerging 0.33m into the room ? this adds two vertical corner edges. Fireplace in this wall is 1.4m x 1.3m. 2) There are two doors in the opposite long wall. 3) There is a semi-bay window in one short wall, with one large and one small window --- the recessing of the windows adds 4 vertical corner edges. The bay is 0.8m deep (included in total room length given above), and adds up to a total width of 3.57m (including one short diagonal wall). The large window size is 2.7m x 1.5m. 4) Patio door in the opposite short wall, the recessing of which adds 1 vertical corner edge and 1 horizontal edge. ADDITIONALLY: Approximately 4m2 of skimming to cover one wall of the adjoining kitchen. Ideally, we?d like to get the work organised as soon as possible, and definitely started by the middle of July.
