Job description:room dimensions 7mx3m. ground floor of victorian terrace house. 1. existing lathe and plaster ceiling( no insulation) to be removed. nails that hold the ceiling to be removed as well. Debris to be bagged and to be removed form site before new ceiling goes in. We will arrange for a lorry for disposal. new ceiling to be put in place consisting of: between the joists insulation and three layers of sound/ fire plasterboard below. plasterboard and ceiling system from british gyspum. tape and skim We will supply full specification and all materials on site. 2. Adjacent wall dimensions 5.6m x 3.2m. The wall has its plasterborad removed. Need to put insulation and plasterboard on top. tape and skim. We will supply full specification and all materials on site. Possibility of extra work. can you please provide quote for 1 & 2 separately. job to start as soon as possible
