Job description:.First floor ceilings, to be plaster boarded and skimmed, which will include 2bedrooms 12x9 each, and bathroom average size. Poss other plastering work to walls generally as some of the dry lining walls have been removed and need replacing although this will be at a future date. This is a house, which the current owner has started some alterations but not able to complete. I am purchasing the house and hope to complete sometime in December Many thanks Mr C Kavanagh
