Job description:Semi- detached 80year old house in Johnstone, south facing wall. Cracks on external rendering/hollow sound as though gap between rendering / bricks which results in water to leak and cause internal damp patches one to three feet from floor in living room & hall cupboard. Hopefully the cracks can be re-rendered / repaired.Should not require any scaffolding . Appreciate work would be best done in dry/ warmer weather in March/april, but want to know scope of work / cost / if insurance would cover? need to fix , so whatever it costs I need to pay
