Job description:This is a semi detached house. The paint on the side wall peels off every two to three years. There is fine plaster surface under the paint. Either use suitable paint that will not peel off or render this wall. To obtain access to this wall the broken plastic roof sheets on the car port need to be removed. The car port roof will be replaced with new roof under a separate contract. Please see photo attached.
