Job description:I need a renderer to supply and install a strip of weber render to cover a flat roof flashing that has been missed when we rendered they house. The total area is no more than 0.2 SqM. Whilst at the property I need the renderer to silicone seal the UPVC soffit / render interface that should have been completed by the last renderer. I also need a couple of wood shavings taking off of a sticking gate at the bottom, and a bathroom extract vent re-fitting which the old renderers did not do before disappearing. I need the tradesman to provide materials (Weber (Cream) render * 1 bag and white silicone) and, obviously; own tools. This is no more than a couple of hours work, but would be prepared to pay for a shift (£120 to £200) just to get these snags off of my back. The job is on a bungalow in Leicester and needs doing yesterday!
