Job description:Job : 1. Reboard and skim ceiling & Skim all walls to dining room 3. Block small fireplace hole in chimney 4. Apply basic coving Tradesman will need to be able to remove radiator and refit, remove old electrical fitting and some small boxing of pipes to be inc of quote. So will need to be multi-skilled. Room size is - 3.33m (10'11" )x 3.35m (11'.0") to recess Price to include all materials and labour.
