Job description:i need the livingroom skimming there is artex on the ceiling, i also need my kitchen ceiling skimming over also artexed. the living room is approx 3x4 and kitchen much smaller..the property is empty at the moment so no funiture to contend with etc... would need it doing just before the end of september.
