External re-pebbledash and paint for 3-bed semi in Childwall

Job description:Need to re-render/pebbledash and paint the entire exterior walling of a 3-bed, bay fronted, 1950s semi-detached house. Work will involve taking off existing pebbledash, probably back to the original brick, and effectively 'starting again'. I would also like the final covering painted - and if possible one large down pipe painted at the same time. Contractor must remove all debris completely away from site by the end of the work, and tidy up at the end of each day. There is room for a skip on the driveway/payvement - but I would like the contractor to arrange all this. The contractor will need ladders and/or scaffolding. There is good access to side and back with large paved/hard-standing areas - less hard standing to the front (down to 2ft in front of bay windows) but there is a flowerbed/lawn you can spill onto if absolutely necessay.
