Re-plastering one wall, checking pointing on outside and potentially repairing in Mossley Hill

Job description:I was stripping wallpaper and a section of plaster came away very easily. There may be moisture coming through the brickwork. The plaster needs redoing on one wall and I'd like the same person to check the pointing on the outside wall to see if it needs repairing. Ideally fixing that on the same day if it needs done. Thanks.
