Job description:Require 2 parts of work to be done. 1. Plaster removed and re-plasteerd in 2 bedrooms - End terrace house in Wavertree, standard size rooms. Walls equate to about 6m2 2. Second part of job (to be completed a few weeks later)Hack off existing damaged plaster and remove, then re-plaster using a salt retardant mixture (provided). This work to be carried out once a DPC has been done (work carried out by Peter Cox building firm). Note - If the required DPC work can be offered at a more competitive price, with a similar gurantee (+10 years) then this work would be awarded also. A full report listing required work is avialble with a sketch of the room layout.
