Job description:Room is 24ft x 12ft though one 12ft side is a full length window, There is a problem with damp near window on wall which abutts outside wall Some patching required where radiators and fireplace have been removed. All walls skimmed Ceiling skimmed to cover artex Area is currently clear and ready for work
