Job description:approx 300 sq ft on front of house in Wet Wales, need to make front of house watertight. this is a very wet valley and with the house being a holiday home its not heated or aired regularly. Recent cement render ( 10yrs) is not holding paint, which peels off every winter. Thinking of having render removed and new dashing applied.
