I am renovating a house for a client and need a plaster to render and skimm and patch up in Belmont

Job description:1 wall in living room to be rendered and skimmed and probably the staircase aswell to be skimmed.There is also patching up as the house is being rewired and replumed.All the prep work will be done as I have a team of guys on site. The house is only a small 2 bedroom house.
