Job description:2 smallish double bedrooms
1 small bathroom and 1 ensuite
1 kitchen/lounge area (around 50m squared?)
If sanding down the artex is possible I don't mind that either - it is around 16 years old apparently so no asbestos
Budget:I'm not sure
