Plasterer required to fill in wall where gas fire had been located. in Harpurhey

Job description:We removed a freestanding gas fire and intended to insert a new gas fire. This does not appear to fit, and the brickwork cannot be chipped away because of a metal plate (which seems to be load bearing). Unless we can remove this plate, we need to fill the gap in the wall which is left. It is a rented property.
