Job description:all interior walls needs skimming the majority of the walls are suitable to paper over but would like a smooth wall to paint on. kitchen needs plaster removing from walls and re doing as it is crumbling away. there are 3 rooms wich measure 4 x 3m a set of stairs and landing a bathroom which measure 1.5 x 2 and a room which measures 2.5 x 2
