Spare Room - Skim in Moss Side

Job description:Our spare room needs what I hope is just a skim and not a full re-plaster. The ceiling will also need a skim, although we're waiting on a flashing repair to the roof before that can be done. As a large damp patch needs attention. Although we're trying to get both jobs done at the same time. The (approx) measurements of the room 270cm x 310 with ceiling height of 260cm. I'd highly recommend a viewing of the work before submitting a quote. Thanks
