Outside wall to be rendered -p/dashing in bad shape, poss damp in Prestwich

Job description:The outside wall of our semi-detached house is pebbledashed. It is in a pretty bad way and needs to be completely removed and redone. It is actually coming off in places and has been doing so for some time now. We feel there may be a slight damp problem because the damp proof has been breached.We are not too sure what coating/render to use,we welcome advice. Scaffolding would be needed due to the height of the wall (approx 31ft at the highest point).The area to be rendered etc measures approximately 74m squared.
