Job description:I am currently looking for the following to be completed: Bathroom ceiling to be redone - boarded and plastered. Bedroom wall which has been affected by damp - old plaster removed, and replastered (to have anti mold agents included). Two airvents also need to be added to this wall, one at the top and one at the base (ground level). Landing wall Skimmed. Part of the dining room wall is just boarded instead of being plasterboarded. This needs to be replaced with plasterboard and then plastered. x2 Inner dining room walls need to be skimmed. Lower kitchen wall needs to be replastered, currently affected by damp. To be completed once damp proofing has been completed on outside wall. Additional airvents need to be added to back wall, this includes the bedroom wall that will be replastered.
