Hall stairs and landing skimming in Urmston

Job description:I need the hall stairs and landing plastering in a 3 bed semi that I have just bought. It's not the whole wall height just up to the picture rails and it's only the walls that will need to be skimmed (no ceilings). All the walls have previously had wall paper on them which has now been stripped - the plaster underneath is pretty straight but as we want to paint the walls directly, we will need it skimming. Only thing I would say is that the corners are currently rounded and we would prefer them to be squared off.
