Job description:New build extension - thermalite blocks 1st floor master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and 2nd bedroom require internal rendering then skimming. Also same rooms require ceiling to be skimmed. Downstairs: approx 6.5m by 2.5m wall needs to be skimmed, opposite walls (smaller) need to be rendered then skimmed. Ceiling 7.5m x 3.5m needs to be skimmed. A further bedroom (c.3mx3m) needs to be skimmed, including the ceiling but apart from one wall which needs to be rendered and then skimmed. New landing in extension needs walls and ceiling skimmed and old landing has one small wall that needs rendering then skimming in-line with new landing skims. Also a small amount of external pebble-dashing where wall has been built in old part of house where patio-door used to be. Pebble-dashing needs to wrap around to new pvc window frames and also on new extension wrap to bi-fold doors.
