Job description:estimated measuremenents: 3 areas: first = 42cm x 210cm, 2nd = 47cm x 210cm and 3rd = 63cm x 210cm. All ground floor level. First two areas have entry points low down for TV internet. Last section has drain pipe over it. Need to improve the look of the front of the house. When new windows were put in approx 5 yrs ago the rendering was damaged quite badly and poorly repaired. I want to have this job completed quite soon if possible. There is also the possibility of another job - walls to be skilmmed in the living room/passage/stairs/landing which is all open planned. Not sure when this would need to be done. Could be, at the earliest, end of May.
