Job description:9mx3m kitchen requires wall and ceiling skim.
Walls: some newer, some old, and some fresh plasterboard. All old wallpaper removed where present (back to original plaster). 1/3 not to be plastered as already tiled etc.
Ceiling: Most previously plastered, but some new plasterboard. Ceiling height 10' for 2/3s room and 8' for remainder.
Budget:£100 - £250
