Job description:The render on the rear facade of this 2 bed terraced house on Sidney Grove, Fenham, Newcastle upon Tyne has cracked and damp has penetrated causing damp problems on the interior of the property. This render needs removing and an appropriate mix reapplied. Scaffolding will be required and this must be organised by the person who takes on the job. In addition to this there are a few repairs to be done to the stonework around the windows on the front of the property.
