Kitchen ceiling to skim 3m x 4m and small plaster in Duston

Job description:Kitchen ceiling is the circular artex pattern and we'd like it skimming to become a smooth ceiling. There is a 33cm x 33cm light in the ceiling and they have dug out the ceiling to put it in. This would require maybe a board putting the other side the ceiling and then plastering over the square area to smooth the ceiling. Room is roughly 3 metres x 4 metres. Our new kitchen is being delivered 3rd March 2007. Chances of getting it done this week?? It will come down to price and availability of the tradesman as to whether it gets done. How long would this job take?
