Job description:the walls have old artex on them that needs to be got rid off in all three areas as well as removing existing coving in the lounge although it is only foam. Painting could be needed depending on price. kitchen is rougly 4meters by 2.7 meters although it is only 1 wall and 3 half walls. the loounge is roughly 6m X 3m and is mostly wall.
