Job description:I have a basement 4.2M x 3.1M. I have had to remove 400mm high of plaster from each wall, from floor up, to "tank" the basement. Also approx 4-5M2 of loose wall plaster removed. Average thickness from wall face to existing finish plaster face is 12-15mm. (Floor screeding is already completed). The room is empty and ready to plaster. A ground level window direct into rear garden can be easily removed for easy access for tools and materials. The room contains 1 fireplace (empty and blanked) and 1 boiler cupboard that also requires plastering up to 400mm from the floor (included in above dims), also one set of wooden stairs down to floor level adjacent to one wall.
