Skimming in two rooms in Wensum

Job description:Dining Room 11ft 4 by 11ft 3 3 doors, window and fireplace Lounge 11ft 4 by 11ft 3 2 doors and a bay window fireplace on back wall In both rooms we only need the skimming up to the picture rail which is 6ft 7 and we don't need the ceilings done. We also want the painting in both rooms done and one wall of wallpapering in one of the rooms as well. If quoting please can you quote a price for the skimming and the additional charge for painting and wallpapering.
