My living ceiling needs replastering and recornicing after water damage from bathroom above. in St Ann's

Job description: After a leak in an upstairs bathroom, the ceiling in my 1st floor living room has been damaged, about half of the ceiling shows some water damage, including one of the cornices around a light fitting. Ive been told that the entire ceiling would need to be re done including the cornicing and so need quotes and advice on the cost and size of the job
