Job description:to skim 13 rooms and a three tier stair case plus ceilings.rooms are 13ft walls and also some ceilings need to be skimmed but only 9 ceilings out of the 13 rooms need skimming, the stair case needs completely skimming.just require a quote for labour charges only as all materials are supplied.
