Job description:Was two room now been knocked through to one approx size 7.2 x 3.2 x 2.5 requires some bonding where wall was and a door bricked up, then skimming all walls and ceiling ( all paper stripped ready), also chimney breast fire need boarding and skimming as the fire no longer used but the hole that the fire sat in needs making good to put a electric fire in. later the kitchen and stairs will want doing but I require a quote only for the room to start with.
