Job description:1860 Victorian terraced cottage. Work required in Kitchen, 3 walls, 14 ft, 11 ft, 3 ft. Ceiling recently removed and replaced with plaster board and skimmed. Age of plaster on the walls in not known. 8 ft height of room. Work required on new Bathroom, 4 walls, 7 ft, 11 ft, 7 ft, 11 ft. Outside wall recently plastered, one wall plasterboard partition. 8 ft height of room.
